It's by Dutch researcher Emil Moller, taken at the Solucar giant solar thermal plant near Seville, Spain, one of Europe's biggest solar plants. The solar rays are redirected by panels towards the central 115-meters tower, where a heat exchanger turns the concentrated solar power into steam which is used to drive turbines that produce electricity.
