LIFT07 is on. The conference - "about the challenges and opportunities of technology in our society" - will take place February 7-8-9, 2007 in Geneva, for the second time (I'm a member of the LIFT advisory board). The first twenty speakers have just been announced, who will address the effects of disruptive technologies on business, innovation, tech overload, the Internet of things, the ethics of ubiquitous computing, technologies in religion and in education and peace, design, mobility.
In keeping with our commitment to be open and accessible, the registration fee has been kept at 295 CHF (approx 190 euros), and registrations are open.
