Excellent story, Bruno.

I posted a few passing remarks about the student unrest in France when the headlines were being made but haven't paid any attention since then. L'Hebdo's coverage was clearly extraordinary, and its decision to turn over the blog to Bondy's residents trailblazing. It's easy for we Americans to pay only episodic attention to things that happen far away in countries that speak languages we don't. Staying focused on those things, however, is far more difficult. Thanks for pointing to journalists who've done far more to portray the full story of what life is like in Bondy.
